1) You may take the class for AP credit by taking the AP test at the end of the year.*

*You must find out what AP test score is accepted by your potential college. Every University/College sets their own AP score requirements! Some universities let each department set the minimum AP Test score. Do some work to find out what each school requires! Visit http://collegesearch.collegeboard.com/apcreditpolicy/index.jsp and enter potential colleges to find out what score they accept, and what credit they may give to your score.

2) You may take the class for college credit. Johnson County Community College will give 3 semester hours of credit for completing the course. You will need to register with JCCC to get credit, and I will give you more information in class. It is up to you to check to see if your potential college choice accepts JCCC credit or not.
